Accumulator charging valves or pressure shut-off valves from Bosch Rexroth ensure optimal production and high levels of safety.

VIEW PRODUCTTwo Bosch Rexroth Africa companies, Hytec Fluid Technology (HFT) and Tectra Automation, collaborated on the design and build of South Africa’s first accumulator test bench.
The Occupational Health and Safety Act, SANS 347 and the Mine Health and Safety Act require that all accumulator owners have accumulator equipment conformity assessed, pressure tested and certified to uphold high safety and operational standards.
By law, it is required that accumulators are tested every 36 months to 1.25 times their design pressure by an In-Service Approved Inspection Authority.
HFT’s test bench facility in Johannesburg is able to test, certify and repair accumulators. All accumulators are subjected to an internal and external inspection and a hydrostatic pressure test to test for leaks and deformations.
This world-class test bench can test up to three accumulators at one time and can accommodate a wide range of accumulator capacities, from one to 150 litres.
As part of Africa’s largest hydraulic company, HFT offers a hydraulic accumulator for every industrial or mobile application in Africa.
In addition to this range of accessories, we offer clients a holistic range of hydraulic accumulators to suit your application requirements.
