Aventics air preparation units prepare compressed air for any application, with flow rates ranging from 1 200 to 15 000 l/min. They deliver high reliability and are easy to configure. Combined with AF1 pressure sensors, compressed air is supplied on demand, enabling a precise overview of costs.
Tectra Automation is the official partner of Aventics in Africa. We provide complete distribution, support and repairs for the Aventics air preparation unit range.
Aventics, via Tectra Automation, stocks and supplies AS1 maintenance units, from its AS Series, that integrates all required functions.
VIEW PRODUCTThe AS2 Maintenance unit is ATEX-approved, has a PC or metal reservoir, and offers easily accessible locks and large inspection windows.
VIEW PRODUCTThe Aventics AS3 Maintenance unit integrates all your required functions like shut-off valves, filling valves, distributors and non-return valves.
VIEW PRODUCTThis air preparation equipment features a block assembly width that is very small and high-quality polymers making the units very light, but sturdy.
VIEW PRODUCTThe Aventics NL1 Series maintenance units and components have a nominal flow rate of 450 to 600 l/min. Easily assembled without extra tools.
VIEW PRODUCTNominal flow rates of 1 500 to 2 000 l/min offer a 100% duty cycle. Robust, high-quality series of maintenance units and components.
VIEW PRODUCTOver 40 products with nominal flow rates of 1 400 – 3 200 l/min. Built with ports G ¼ - G ¾ for use with compressed air and natural gases.
VIEW PRODUCTOffers maximum nominal flow rates of up to 12 500 l/min for large air preparation volumes for pneumatic systems. Working pressure to 16 bar.
VIEW PRODUCTThe AS Series provides flow rates from 1 000 to 14 500 l/min. These units are constructed in a sturdy plastic housing. With the wide variety of functions built into the AS Series, these units are ideal for use as universal maintenance units that can prepare compressed air for any application.
In addition to the standard functions of filtering, regulating and lubricating, the modular design of these air preparation units means all required functions, such as shut-off, filling, distributor and non-return pneumatic pressure regulator valves, can be easily integrated as a complete air preparation system. Match your filter regulator requirements with ease with these pneumatic products.
The AS Series is used in pneumatic systems around the world, with its range of flow rates and variety of functions making it suitable for universal air maintenance units. With a compact block assembly width and high-quality polymers, the AS is light, yet sturdy.
NL Series air maintenance units provide a premium-quality solution for centralised or decentralised compressed air preparation, with solid durable metal housings.
With the NL line, it’s easy to achieve completely customised compressed air preparation, where every component in the series is modular and can be simply combined to achieve the desired function to precisely match to the application requirements.
The system includes 1/8 to 1” connections and comes with filterelement sizes as small as 0.01 µm. It can handle flow rates up to 15 000 l/min, and with nominal air pressure up to 16 bar, provides a high-quality high pressure air regulator.
The NL Series is engineered to ensure reliable functioning of pneumatic controls over a long service life.
These precise pneumatic air regulator units accurately control the required air pressure, and the differential pressure indicator for the microfilter that lets you know when it is time to replace the filter delivers maximum air distribution system efficiency.
Special micro oil-mist lubricators achieve the finest distribution and a uniform concentration of oil in the air flow to ensure you meet all environmental requirements.
