Standard repairs are typically completed within 2 to 8 weeks except for hydraulic motor repairs, which are returned between 4 and 8 weeks. We also offer emergency and express repairs, where our trained engineers quickly and economically review and restore components to minimise your downtime.
A comprehensive test certificate verifying your component repair is issued for all repaired hydraulic products and components.
CADASYS (Computer Aided Data Acquisition System) is a Bosch Rexroth globally standardised test control system, which is used to validate every facet of a hydraulic component.
All tests on the CADASYS are recorded and saved to their specific jobs listed on the Hytec South Africa quotation program. This information is also saved onto the Bosch Rexroth servo system, making it available to any authorised personnel or client who may require the test results.
Regardless of where in the world they are, clients can request the most recent repair test results from Bosch Rexroth GmbH in Germany. The system also allows Bosch Rexroth Germany to view and audit test results in any of locations around the world.
We are the only Bosch Rexroth Certified Service Centre of Competence (CSC-C) in Africa, with world-class certified repair, service, testing and installation facilities.
The accreditation certifies that the Hytec Service Centre has the processes, infrastructure, qualification and management abilities to perform service and repair work to the quality standards specified by the Bosch Rexroth Service Centre grades.
