PFYN Flat Suction Pads

Schmalz has developed the round, flat suction pad, type PFYN, for handling of flat work pieces with smooth or slightly rough surfaces, as well as the effective handling of hot work pieces. Additionally, this flat suction pad enables the low-marking and antistatic handling of sensitive work pieces.

This robust, wear-resistant suction pad PFYN with single sealing lip, consisting of suction pad PFG and connection nipple can not only be sued in a range of applications, but also has an extremely large range of diameter sizes ranging from 1 to 200 mm.

• Suction pads are able to handle a wide range of applications: high temperatures, antistatic, low-marking, resistance to chemicals
• Wide range of diameters for different sizes and types of work pieces
• Optimum shape for high suction forces with small dimensions
• Low internal volume for very short cycle times
