SGPN Flat Suction Pads

Schmalz has developed the SGPN round, flat suction pad for gentle handling of wooden veneers, wafers and solar cells and various packing material such as plastic films, paper, blister packs. This gentle handling of plastic films and paper is as a result of a flat, long-tapered sealing lip and inner support. Additional design features include a robust, wear-resistant suction pad SGPN with single sealing lip, consisting of suction pad SGP and connection nipple.

• Suction area (Ø) from 15 mm to 40 mm
• Flat, long-tapered sealing lip and inner support - no "pulling-in" into the suction pad making it suitable for plastic film, paper and solar cells
• No crinkling when gripping paper and plastic film
• Resistant to ozone, UV radiation and heat; very suitable for handling tasks in the paper and printing industry
• No marks on the work piece; even at high temperatures
