Bellows Suction Pads SPB1 (1.5 Folds)

Schmalz has developed the SPB1 round, bellows suction pad with 1.5 folds for the use in cardboard box and tray erectors in rigid packaging in top-loading and side-loading machines, ideal for palletising and depalletising processes.

These heavy-duty applications require suction pads with excellent sealing and low wear; this is why the SPB1 is constructed from wear-proof Elastodur ED-65 material and have a soft, flexible sealing lip for curved surfaces.

This SPBI suction pad features a large suction area ranging from 10 mm to 60 mm, and models with diameter up to 30 mm feature a plug-in connection element for increased secure handling properties, additionally all connection elements with male thread are equipped with integrated sealing.
