Bellows Suction Pads FSGB (3.5 Folds)

Schmalz has developed the FSGB a round, bellows suction pad with 3.5 folds for the secure handling of easily damaged work pieces due to its optimum damping effect, big stroke and smooth sealing lip.

These design features enable the suction pad to securely handle very uneven work pieces, such as pipes as its folds permit optimal adaptation to convex surfaces. The robust, wear-resistant suction pad with single sealing lip, consisting of suction pad FGB with 3.5 folds and connection nipple achieves secure handing of these sensitive work pieces.

• Suction area (Ø) 25 mm
• 3.5 folds for high suction force and extremely good damping effect during placement on easily damaged work pieces
• Soft, tapered sealing lip for very good adaptation to curved work piece surfaces
• Soft, flexible folds for very long suction pad stroke
• Adaptable to varying work piece heights
