Bellows Suction Pads FSGAO (1.5 Folds)

Schmalz has developed the bellows suction pads (FSGAO) with 1.5 Folds and a range of medium to large suction area sizes ranging from 95 x 40 mm to 140 x 65 mm for use in multi-shift operations with very short cycle times as well as the handling of oily and narrow, curved metal sheet.

Additionally, this type of section pad is able to handling abrasive materials, such as cardboard or wood, in tough operating conditions.

• Designed with Vulkollan VU1 material with high resistance to tearing
• Long operation life and easy replacement if necessary
• Good resistance to chemicals enabling the handling of oily sheet-metal parts
• Minimum abrasion: approx. 10 - 12 mmÑ to DIN 53516
• Up to lifetime 20 times longer compared with standard NBR
• 1.5 folds for high suction force and optimum damping effected during placement on the work piece
