Bellows Suction Pads FSGA VU1 (2.5 Folds)

Schmalz has developed the FSGA VU1 (2.5 Folds) a round, bellows suction pad with 1.5 folds for handlingmulti-shift operations with very short cycle times and for handling very abrasive surfaces such as rough cardboard sheets.

This suction pad is equipped with a special groove for handling oily metal sheets and for handling cardboard, wood and similar materials. The robust, wear-resistant suction pad is constructed with a single sealing lip, consisting of suction pad FGA (Vulkollan VU1) with 2.5 Folds and connection nipple that ensures no sway even when handling heavy loads.

• Material Vulkollan VU1 with high resistance to tearing
• Good resistance to chemicals - unaffected by oil (handling of sheet metal)
• Minimum abrasion: approx. 10 - 12 mmÑ to DIN 53516
• Lifetime up to 20 times higher compared to standard NBR
• Supports on the bottom - no permanent deformation of thin-walled work pieces
• Good resistance to horizontal forces at high acceleration forces
