Bellows Suction Pads FSGA (1.5 Folds)

Schmalz has developed the FSGA (1.5 folds) a round, bellows suction pad with 1.5 folds for handling of extremely sensitive work pieces (where the folds and smooth sealing lip have a damping effect) and (uneven surfaces, such as pipes where the folds permit optimal adaptation to concave and convex surfaces).

This robust, wear-resistant suction pad with single sealing lip, consisting of suction pad FGA with 1.5 folds and connection nipple is suitable for diameters ranging from 11 mm to 78 mm.

• Wide range of diameters and materials for a wide range of different work pieces
• Soft, tapered sealing lip which provides very good adaptation to curved or uneven surfaces
• 1.5 folds result in high suction force and optimum damping effect during placement on work pieces
• Very stiff top fold resulting in good resistance to horizontal forces at high acceleration values
• Supports on the bottom (diameter > 25 mm) resulting in no permanent deformation of thin-walled work pieces
