OMAL Automation wafer type butterfly valves from Tectra Automation are inserted between flanges, can be coupled with every kind of drive easily and quickly.
Two guiding bushings on the shaft ensure a perfect alignment of the shaft on the body and prevents oscillations, even at higher pressures, and reduce friction.
It has a vulcanised liner on a rigid ring that minimises deformation during assembly between the flanges and greater dimensional accuracy during the injection moulding, while also allowing easy system maintenance.
The valve disc circumference has a lapped surface, which provides better tightness and less wear of the liner, while lower friction reduces torque requirements.
