Lug Type Butterfly Valve

Omal lug type butterfly valves from Tectra Automation can be easily coupled with every kind of drive, designed in accordance with ISO 5211.

It is designed with a vulcanised liner on a rigid ring to minimise deformation during assembly and gives greater dimensional accuracy during the injection moulding.

The shaft on the lug type design comes in 2 pieces, which don’t need to be fixed. This increases ease of disc maintenance and allows a high kV thanks to a central section of the disk being thinner than a valve with a single shaft.

• Working pressure between flanges: PN 16 bar for DN 40 – 150; PN 10 or PN 16 bar for DN 200 – 300
• ATEX-certified for explosive environments
• Range of liners available: EPDM, NBR, FKM, PTFE, silicone and HBNR
• Lapped surface ensures tightness and reduced wear
