Metal-Metal Type Butterfly Valve

Omal metal-metal wafer type butterfly valves from Tectra Automation enable maximum pneumatic control in your pipeline.

Easily mounted between flanges, these valves provide high industrial performance over a long service life. Providing maximum usability for pneumatic operators, the valve has a face to face design according to ISO 5752, while the head valve is designed according to ISO 5211.

These valves are precisely engineered and built with high-quality materials, including nickel-plated steel for the safety rings, washers and crews; an FKM O-ring; spheroidal cast iron butterfly and body; and AISI 420 driving shaft. The adapter is protected by aluminium paint for maximum resistance to corrosion.

• Available range: DA 40 – DN 200
• Suitable for fluid temp. from -50° to 100 °C (up to 500 °C on request)
• Working pressure: PN 16 bar for DN 40÷200
