Service intervals of 250 000 km or 4 000 hours is the hallmark of the Cummins Fleetguard ES Compleat coolant / Anti-freeze, available from Hytec Fluid Technology. ®
ES Compleat is designed for use in all diesel, petrol and natural gas engines. Compatible with gaskets, elastomers and other non-metallics in the engine, ES Compleat is available in 50/50 and 60/40 concentrates.
As both a coolant and an antifreeze solution, it provides both anti-boil and antifreeze protection, while offering enhanced liner pitting and corrosion protection. Additional benefits include:
Easy-to-use test strips help monitor glycol and additive levels, providing protection against coolant dilution, and adding ES Extender liquid or a chemically charged filter can easily maintain the additive levels.
From lowest cost to extended service intervals, from glycols to glycerine, these products are formulated by engine experts to provide exceptional protection over the life of your equipment.

*To maintain the protection provided by Fleetguard coolants, the proper level of inhibitor must be present. This can usually be achieved by topping off the cooling system with premixed Fleetguard coolant.
The user is responsible for ensuring proper additive levels and coolant pH through the use of test strips and the addition of additives or new coolant if necessary. The recommended test intervals are as follows:
The shortest of recommended hours, miles or 1 year should be used as the test interval. The test interval is a precautionary recommendation intended to prevent maintenance and engine problems from causing progressive, severe engine damage.
