Bellows Actuators

Aventics range of bellow actuators are known for their robust, durable and flexible performance in nearly any application.

BRB Bellows Actuators

Also called rolling bellow actuators, these actuators are single stroke bellow actuators with stokes from 26 mm to 100 mm.

BCR Bellows Actuators

The BCR actuator is supplied with a mounting ring, and is available as single, double, and triple stroke variations.

BCP Bellows Actuators

BCP Bellows actuators (or bellow cylinders) are supplied with permanently crimped galvanised steel plates and NR elastomer as standard.

BCE Bellows Actuators

BCE actuators are constructed from Epichlorohydrin rubber, with front and end covers constructed from galvanised steel.

BCC Bellows Actuators

BCC bellows actuators feature removable mounting parts with mounting conducted with either internal thread or threaded bolts–simplifying maintenance.

Powerful and dynamic bellows actuators

Bellows actuators are ideal for short strokes and large forces. Their design enables them to work without mechanical friction surfaces that move against each other – rendering seals and lubricants unnecessary. As a result, they are virtually wear and maintenance-free.

With their robust design and high-strength materials of construction, bellow cylinders can be used under the toughest operating conditions in Africa.

Our range of bellow actuators includes:

  • Forces of 8.2 kN to 390 kN
  • Stroke lengths from 15 mm to 680 mm
  • Bellow diameters from 60 mm to 950 mm
  • Tested safety up to 24 bar
  • ATEX-approved models available

Aventics bellow actuators are available throughout Africa exclusively through Bosch Rexroth Africa.
