BCP Bellows Actuators

BCP Bellows Actuators from Aventics, stocked, supplied and serviced by Tectra Automation, are available in single stroke (34 mm – 107 mm), double stroke (95 mm – 580 mm and triple stroke (275 mm – 285 mm) variations.

The BCP range, or bellows cylinders, have permanently crimped galvanised steel plates and NR elastomer as standard. Their design and materials mean it is predestined for specific tasks. Our BCP bellow actuators permit high forces in small installation spaces and operate practically without wear or the need for maintenance.

The front and end covers are made of galvanised steel and the bellow from caoutchouc/butadiene caoutchouc. Fields of application include presses, roller tensioners, tilt devices and tensioning devices, actuation of scissors-type lifting tables and for use in vibration isolation as air springs.

  • 20 ° permissible tilt angle

  • Minimum ambient temperature of -40 °C to a maximum of 70 °C
