The Bellow Actuator with mounting ring (BCR Bellows Actuator) from Aventics is stocked, supplied and serviced by Tectra Automation. They are available as single, double, and triple stroke variations: 94 mm – 135 mm, 185 mm – 232 mm, and 286 mm – 365 mm respectively.
Fields of application include presses, roller tensioners, tilt devices and tensioning devices, actuation of scissors-type lifting tables and for use in vibration isolation as air springs.
All 3 variants have a minimum and maximum ambient temperature of -40 °C to 70 °C, a minimum and maximum working pressure of 0 to 8 bar, and a 6 bar pressure for determining forces. The clamping and mounting rings are made of aluminium, and the bellow of caoutchouc/butadiene caoutchouc.
