BCE Bellows Actuator from Aventics, stocked, supplied and serviced by Tectra Automation, are available as single (31 mm – 104 mm) and double (102 mm – 147 mm) stroke. They are predestined for specific tasks due to their design and material make up.
The front and end covers are made of galvanised steel while the bellow comprises epichlorohydrin rubber. Working pressure is from 0 bar to a maximum of 8 bar, and the permissible angle of tilt is 20 ° and ambient operating temperature is from -20 °C to 130 °C.
Fields of application include presses, roller tensioners, tilt devices and tensioning devices, actuation of scissors-type lifting tables and for use in vibration isolation as air springs.
