Aluminium Two Stage DD Pneumatic Actuator

Aluminium Two Stage DD Pneumatic Actuators from OMAL Automation, available exclusively in sub-Saharan Africa through Tectra Automation, are ideal for filling and metering of fluids or solids-mix materials with a special metering device. The double acting actuator means it can be used for fine or rough metering.

Driven by two solenoid valves, the aluminium two stage DD pneumatic actuators are designed to prevent the actuator from achieving a full rotation, which would influence the total valve flow pressure. They achieve this by using two additional cylinders with inner pistons that stop the actuator’s rotating angle at a pre-set positon.

Material make up comprises Aluminium Alloy, Stainless steel, Steel Alloy, Acetalic Resin, Polyurethane, Gomma nitrilica Nitrilic Rubber, PTFE caric.carbografite, Viton and NBR, making them ideal for use in varying temperatures from 0° to 80 °C; and from -20° to 80 °C with dry air.

  • Metering range from 0° to 45°
  • Air supply: 5.6 bar; maximum 8.4 bar
  • Operating media compressed filtered air
  • Max. 90° rotation angle
  • Rotating angle stops at pre-set position
