Magnum Wafer & Split Wafer Ball Valves

The Omal range of Magnum Wafer and Split Wafer ball valves are non-protruding valves for use in extremely low temperatures, down to -40 °C.

This extensive range of 8 ball valves are manufactured in both carbon steel and stainless steel variations and are suitable for intercepted fluids, including: air, water, gas, petroleum and petrochemical products and aggressive fluids.

Magnum Wafer ball valves:

• Carbon steel or stainless steel construction
• Pressure rating PN 16-40, ANSI 150 - 300
• Antistatic devices
• Non-protruding floating ball valves
• Closing angle > 7°
• Anti-blow-out stem
• Operating temperature -20 ° to 150 °C
• Standard for connecting flanges EN 1092-1

Magnum Split Wafer ball valves:

• Carbon steel or stainless steel construction
• 3 way, 4 seal construction
• Standard for connecting flanges EN 1092-1, ASME B16.5
• Non-protruding full bore, floating ball
• Stem seal: TFM 1600 V-pack
• Pressure rating: PN16-40; ANSI 150-300, PN63-100; ANSI 600
