PVC Ball Valves

Tectra Automation supplies the full range of OMAL Automation PVC ball valves in 2- and 3-way full-bore types with bonded or threaded ends. They can be used with all types of chemicals and fluids compatible with polyvinyl chloride (PVC).

The 2-way PVC ball valve comes in 10 nominal diameter sizes, from 10 to 100 mm. The 3-way PVC ball valve comes in 7 nominal diameter sizes, from 10 to 50 mm. This valve can be used as a ‘T’ or ‘L’ port.

These corrosion resistant PVC valves deliver a high quality watertight seal with a ball inside that rotates on a 90-degree axis. They are ideal in a wide range of applications, from general purpose to water & wastewater and food & beverage.

  • Working temp.: 0° to 60° C
  • Connections: Female threaded ends comply to DIN/ISO 228/1 and bonding as per ISO 727 UNI 7442/75
  • PN 16 pressure rating until 20° C if classified chemical resistant with the used fluid

In addition to its heavy duty PVC body material, the shaft, nut ring, end, ball and ball sealing support are all constructed with polyvinyl chloride. The shaft o-ring and other o-rings are made from EPDM, while the ball sealing is PTFE.
