Hydac Digital Display Units

Hydac has developed two types of digital display units (HDA5001 and HDA 5500) for pressure, temperature or flow rate controlled display and monitoring.

Designed for control panel mounting with a with a maximum of 3 analogue inputs and 4 relay outputs, Hydac’s digital display units are available through Hytec Fluid Technology (HFT), part of Bosch Rexroth Africa.

Features of HDA5001

  • Accuracy class 0.25
  • 14 mm, 3–digit LED display
  • Instantaneous analogue output
  • Incorporates suitable supply for pressure, temperature or flow rate sensors
  • Cable break detector
  • Standard panel mounting 96 x 48 x 125 mm
  • 110/220 V AC supply
  • Option for 24 V DC supply
  • Option for 2 critical value contacts, either normally open or normally closed

Features of HDA 5500

  • The analogue output is standard and adjustable for 4 to 20 mA or 0 to 10 V.
  • Digital display of analogue signals
  • Clear 4 digit 7 segment LED display
  • Up to 3 analogue inputs
  • Accuracy ≤ ± 0.5 %
  • Differential measurement possible
  • Up to 4 relay outputs
  • RS 232 serial interface
  • Option with PT100 sensor input or frequency input
