Flow Rack Systems

Flow rack systems are ergonomic material supply systems that help reduce your stockholding in any industry.

The easiest way to order is to freely configure your flow rack system with your required dimensions and equipment. If you need added flexibility, custom rack modules and individual components can be applied to your system.

Successful flow rack systems take every variable into consideration. These include parameters such as frame dimensions, number of parts, types of containers, etc.

The load capacity of the flow racks depends on the selected conveyor media and the lateral guides determine how well your containers travel through the system. The maximum load is 2 000 kg.

Efficient flow rack systems require careful and comprehensive planning to cost effectively integrate ergonomics into the production cycle. This is where MTpro can provide valuable support. This planning software is built with ergonomics in mind and offers good visualisation and a CAD interface.

  • Max. load: 2 000 kg
  • Colour coded rollers
  • Long range inventory visualisation
