Tolerance rings are made of a hard, embossed spring steel strip and belong to the class of frictionally engaging fasteners. Tolerance rings were designed for easy, low-cost fastening of machine parts. They replace complex contour-locking keyways and threaded connections, eliminating the need for expensive machining.
Our range of tolerance rings can be arranged in a number of configurations including a free arrangement, a centered arrangement or tandem mounted. Also, because our tolerance rings are made of sturdy carbon or stainless steel, it ensures zero deterioration of spring quality.
