The Aventics Series CD12 electrically actuated control valve from Tectra Automation comes standard with a metal pipe connection accommodates a maximum particle size of up to 50 μm. It is IP65 protection classed, compact in design and lightweight.
Its housing comprises aluminium, polyamide and reinforced fibreglass – engineered for longevity. Using acrylonitrile butadiene rubber and Polyurethane for seals, combined with a zero overlap spool valve composition and soft sealing principle, ensures a leak-free valve.
The compressed air connection is according to ISO 228-1 with directional pilot air exhaust.
