Our range of pump-mounted valves is very versatile in that it can operate in both single- and double-acting cylinders. All of our pump-mounted valves have a maximum flow rate of 19 l/min and can handle working pressures of up to 700 bar.
They can also be either automatically, manually, solenoid, air or pilot operated. Our 3-way, 3-position and 4-way/3-position valves also utilise a special feature called Posi-Check®. This guards against pressure loss when shifting from "advance" to "hold" positions. With a valve in the "hold" position, cylinder ports are blocked and oil is effectively directed from the pump to the reservoir.
Our pump-mounted valve range provides fully customisable solutions that allow you to choose the valve that best matches your pump, cylinder and application requirements. Special application valves for pre-stressing and post tensioning are also offered.
