The MU1 maintenance unit from Aventics, available from Tecta Automation, is a single pressure supply vertically mounted unit which uses compressed air as its medium.
It can be described as a diaphragm-type pressure regulator with a relieving air exhaust and a filter reservoir, constructed of die cast zinc, of 300 cm³.
Housed in die cast aluminium, its seals are made of Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber, the filter insert of polyethylene and filtration size is a maximum of 40 µm.
