ISO 5599-1 series 581 Size 3 - Electrically Standard

Aventics ISO 5591-1 electric directional valves in the size 3 provide a long service life (over 100 million cycles) and are high performance.

They are constructed with a unique spool and sleeve assembly design, which is isolated from external vibration and other forces. They allow for field convertibility for internal or external pilot control.

Our range of ISO 5599-1, size 3 electric valves includes:

Valve systems
These electrically controlled valve systems provide high throughput and use the single base plate blocking principle.

  • Qn: 4 100 l/min
  • Working pressure: -0.95 bar – 16 bar
  • Temperature range: -20 °C – 70 °C
  • Maximum particle size: 50 µm
  • Oil content of compressed air: 0 – 5 mg/m3

Single valves
The series 581 size 3 single valves are suitable for ATEX applications, with single and double air pilot units available.

  • Qn: 4 100 – 4 800 l/min
  • Working pressure: -0.95 bar – 16 bar
  • Temperature range: -20 °C – 70 °C
  • Maximum particle size: 50 µm
  • Oil content of compressed air: 0 – 5 mg/m3

Soft-start valves
Achieve high throughputs with size 3 soft-start valves.

  • Qn: 4 100 – 4 800 l/min
  • Working pressure: 3 bar – 10 bar
  • Temperature range: -15 °C – 50 °C
  • Maximum particle size: 5 µm
  • Oil content of compressed air: 0 – 5 mg/m3
