Maintenance Indicators

Filter elements provide the most cost-effective performance when their dirt-holding capacity is fully utilised without risk. To ensure this, mechanical or electronic sensors, which can be integrated directly into the filters or added later, continuously monitor pressure changes. These changes correspond to the contamination level in the system. The sensors alert the operator to variations in pressure, using a manometer or optical/electrical switches depending on the filter design.

Bosch Rexroth Africa distributes a range of maintenance indicators from Filtration Group.

Maintenance indicators benefits:

  • Improved efficiency
  • Increased safety
  • Proactive maintenance
