Bosch Rexroth Africa provides and distributes the innovative oil filtration module from Filtration Group, designed for gear oil filtration (primary and bypass flow) and lubrication systems utilised in wind turbines. This solution improves both the performance and longevity of hydraulic and transmission units.
The module includes a filter block that contains an electric motor, gear pump, highly efficient two-stage filter element, filter housing, pressure relief valve, non-return valve, and maintenance indicator.
It is available in two versions with flow rates of 110 l/min and 220 l/min for use in bypass filtration. Additionally, we offer the Pi 8400 filter module, which establishes new benchmarks in offline filtration and works seamlessly with previously installed compact systems.
These premium filter elements with PulseShield™ technology absorb water and filter with a precision of 3 μm, effectively removing even the smallest particles and oil aging products like varnish.
