Compact Ejectors

Schmalz has developed a range of compact ejectors for the precise monitoring and control of air supply in the vacuum system up to 200 litres per minute.

These compact ejectors are ideal for pick-and-place applications with very short cycle times and where the fast gripping and release is realised by means of the power blow-off function. Compact ejectors are also ideal for use in applications with very dynamic movements and restricted spaces.

  • Optimum range of models with different performance figures for adaptation to the intended task
  • Externally controlled compact ejector
  • Optimum integration into field-bus systems
  • High suction and blow-off capacity
  • Fast evacuation and blowing off reduce the cycle times
  • Wide range of performance values
  • Optional vacuum monitoring for increased process safety
  • Easy to enter and read vacuum parameters
  • Reduced energy costs
  • Minimal space requirements
  • Minimal stress during high accelerations
