Vacuum Blowers

Schmalz's range of vacuum blowers are ideal for high volume flows/suction capacity at low vacuum values, for the handling of cardboard boxes, foam materials, insulating materials, recycling materials and other extremely porous materials with enormous suction capacities (up to 540 m³/h ).

These blowers form the optimum vacuum generators for handling porous work pieces. Designed for vibration-free operation and high suction capacity, Schmalz’s wide range of models with is designed for different ratings, in order for you to find your perfect match.

Schmalz’s vacuum units are designed for use as pneumatically driven vacuum generators with internal regulation and high suctionrates of69 l/min. The vacuum is generated only when a consumer is connected, and is suitable for all vacuum clamping and handling tasks.

  • SGBL-DG: Suction rate from 78 m³/h to 540 m³/h
  • Frequency-Regulated Vacuum Blowers SGBL-FU: Suction rate from 180 m³/h to 335 m³/h
  • Vacuum Blowers SGBL-DG with Electro-Pneumatic Reversing: Suction rate from 155 m³/h to 540 m³/h
