The Vacuum Tube Lifters Jumbo, from Tectra Automation, has a retractable lifting unit mounted upon an adjustable crane boom to deliver safe, secure, fast and frequent lifting capabilities of up to 300 kilograms.
The Vacuum Tube Lifters Jumbo can be used in the handling of sheets, boxes, bags, barrels, buckets, panels, CNC machining centres and jigs within in-house logistics processes. In addition to a range of optimisable suction pads and generators, a variety of accessories can be fitted to the handling apparatus to enhance your lifting performance.
The Vacuum Tube Lifter Jumbo series consists of three high performance vacuum lifting handlers. The modular JumboFlex, JumboErgo and JumboSprint vacuum lifters, which can be optimised according to application, differ in the form and function of their operator handles and suction pad array as per their application orientation.
The JumboFlex is designed for smaller lifting applications of workpieces weighing up to 50 kilograms with high cycle rates. Operated by a simple handheld control handle, the JumboFlex reduces operator fatigue for enhanced productivity, offering an intuitive lift, load and release procedure. Its modular design allows the JumboFlex to be configured based on individual application requirements.
The JumboErgo is designed to handle pieces of many different shapes and sizes up to 300 kilograms with precision. Its multiple suction pad array allow the JumboErgo to grip uneven objects which do not necessarily present a uniform surface for attachment. Operator safety is enhanced by an adjustable length operator handle. Its modular design allows the JumboErgo to be configured based on individual application requirements.
The JumboSprint is ideal for the handling of compact workpieces. It is equipped with a bow-shaped operator handle that extends around the entire lifting unit, allowing the operator to optimally position the suction on goods such as bags or rubber bails.
Its modular design allows the JumboSprint to be configured based on individual application requirements.
