Tectra Automation supplies a full range of Aventics standard metric push-in fittings as part of its range of pneumatic connection technologies.
The QR1 series of push-in fittings consist of 46 different connectors and fittings, providing flexibility in how operators assemble and configure their pneumatic system.
This range includes everything from straight female stud fittings to T- and Y-push-in fittings, sealing caps and blanking plugs, in a variety of different diameters. They have ambient temperature tolerances from 0 °C to 60 °C, and working pressures from -0.95 bar to 10 bar.
The connectors are constructed from a range of materials, including brass, acrylonite butadiene rubber, stainless steel, polyoxymethylene, die-cast zinc, and nickel plating.
