Pressure Gauges

For high accuracy measurements that produce accurate results, Tectra Automation stocks the Aventics range of Bourdon tube pressure gauges and diaphragm pressure gauges.

Each of them is safe for high pressure measurements and features a simple construction that includes both bar and psi as scale units.

The 16 gauges in this range are manufactured to suit specific application types and incorporate features that offer numerous benefits.

Features:

  • Operating pressure: -1/0 to 0/16
  • Extremely lightweight: 0.016 kg to 0.2 kg
  • Viewing widow: polystyrene/polycarbonate/glass/mineral glass/safety glass
  • Materials: steel/stainless steel/polyamide/polyamide, fibre-glass reinforced/chrome-plated steel/acrylonitrile butadiene styrene

Benefits:

  • Accurate differential pressure
  • Clearly visible pressure indicators

What to consider when selecting an Aventics pressure gauge

It is important to ensure you have the correct pressure gauge for your application requirements. Tectra Automation advises clients to take the following points into consideration when purchasing your pressure gauge:

  • Liquid column pressure gauges are used in HVAC systems
  • Bourdon tube gauges measure pressure on non-viscous, non-crystallising fluids up to 4 000 bar. Cannot measure rapid pressure changes.
  • Diaphragm gauges for fluids up to 40 bar, and viscous or crystallising fluids. Or to measure gasses up to 0.6 bar.
  • Absolute pressure manometers use a vacuum reference chamber to measure pressures to 100 bar.

Additional Aventics air preparation equipment from Tectra Automation

  • Reservoirs: Compressed air tanks that feature 1 to 90 litre capacities and are suitable for 11 bars of compressed air.
  • Components: Comprises AS1, 2 & 3 and AS5 maintenance units as well as MH1 and MU1 maintenance units
