With a focus on service contracting and aftersales service, the former Key Accounts Manager from Secunda has been responsible for securing a number of landmark service agreements with some of South Africa’s biggest industrial companies.
“My passion in business is to exceed customer expectations with tailored service that proactively seeks to enhance their operational performance; maximise uptime; and increase efficiency,” Nick explains. He has been involved in a range of industries, including steel, chrome, mining and engineering.
“I’d like to continue the great legacy of the Hytec Steelpoort branch and take it to new heights. I believe that with our total commitment to our customers’ needs through dedicated aftersales support, this will be a reality,” Nick continues.
A graduate of Witbank Technical College, Nick is married to Celest and has two kids. He enjoys playing golf, reading and spending as much time outdoors as he can.
