Hickson Lekgau retires after 39 years

Hickson Lekgau, Hytec South Africa (Hytec SA) Senior Planner, has retired after devoting 39 years to the Bosch Rexroth South Africa Group of Companies. Currently 65, Hickson joined Hytec Johannesburg in January 1982, when he was just 26 years old, and was responsible for the workshops’ job costing. Over the years he worked his way up the corporate ladder to Senior Planner for the Repairs Department.

“Hickson has an outstanding work ethic, with brilliant attention to detail. He has shown commitment and dedication to his job and the Hytec SA brand. Most importantly, he has always focused on meeting customers’ requirements. He has been a pleasure to work with and will be missed by all,” said Ian Kidson, Hytec South Africa Repairs Manager.

“We would like to thank him for his years of hard work and congratulate him on a well-deserved retirement” Ian concluded. In the words of Hickson, “Modimo A le Shegofatse!” (God bless you!).

Hickson Lekgau has worked at the Bosch Rexroth South Africa Group of Companies for 39 years and retires at the age of 65.
