During the week of 24 - 28 July, 3 members of the Bosch Rexroth board as well as senior management from Bosch Rexroth in Germany visited the Hytec Group and its subsidiary companies.
The reason for the visit was to familiarise themselves with the various Hytec Group operations before the joint venture agreement comes to an end on 1 January 2018, and the group becomes a fully integrated Bosch Rexroth company.
The Bosch Rexroth board is interested in the unique Hytec Group model as it supports its strategy of expansion into Africa. Bosch Rexroth sees Africa as a market for major development.
