Hydac Spin On Filters

Hydac’s MF and MFD-Series of spin on filters from Hytec Fluid Technology (HFT) features an aluminium design for operation at up to 8 bar in environments at up to 100° C.

• Nominal pressure: 8 bar
• Temperature range: -30 °C to +100 °C
• Pressure setting of clogging indicator:
  • Type F: 1.5 or 2 bar
  • Type UE: 0 to -1.0 bar
  • Type UF: -0.2 bar
• Type of clogging indicator: VMF (return line indication)
• Material of filter head: Aluminium
• Material of filter cartridge: Sheet steel
• Cracking pressure of bypass valve: 2 bar (standard for size 160/180)
