The Hengst OPM II is a visual monitoring application that operates on the light-extinction principle to monitor particles online. The level of contamination and the purity trend of non-aggressive fluids can be monitored and accurately documented.
The monitor features a laser sensor and a fluid-transporting system, which operates by means of two threaded couplings.
Temperatures are measured on the electronic circuit board, alongside an operating hours counter. After the current interruption, the counter re-starts and counts the last stored time value before the interruption.
The OPM II can be integrated into external systems or operated as a stand-alone system. In some instances, data can be transferred to a PC for analysis.
