In industrial machining and forming processes, such as modern machine tools, high-pressure cooling lubricants (oil or emulsions) generate increased oil mist and emulsions in the air. To prevent aerosol concentrations from exceeding maximum workspace concentration (MWC) limits, cooling lubricant mist must be continuously and effectively extracted and purified. Traditional systems are often unable to manage this challenge.
