Electro-Hydraulic Actuators

A part of the Dabeb-Elram DEA range of electro-hydraulic actuators, they are easy to install and commission, have no solenoids and zero filtration is required (solenoid operated versions are available). The electric motors are bi-directional, facilitating the actuator's extend and retract control, which means less wiring is required.

All units are weather-proof and an explosion-proof option is available, with other options including a manually operated variation. Various configurations and several mounting options are available, and an accumulator failsafe is standard in this range.

  • Thrust range: 250 – 80 000 kgf
  • Speed ranges: 2 – 500 mm/sec
  • Stroke length: 1 – 5 000 mm
  • Temperature range: -30° – 70° C
  • All parts are replaceable

All electro-hydraulic actuators in this range are accompanied with a one year OEM warranty, which is upheld by Hytec.

Designed for use in harsh environments, their use in refineries, power stations and the worldwide mining sector is testament to their durability. Applications, for which these specialised actuators are used, include but are not limited to:

  • Dampers
  • Flopper gates
  • Radial gates
  • Sliding doors
  • Spile bars
  • Valves
