Aventics new range of mini cylinders, the CSL-RD series, constructed from stainless steel offers gentle, low-vibration elastic cushioning and high-performance pneumatic cushioning. Equipped with a polyurethane scraper, this range of mini cylinders is extremely resistant to both acidic and alkaline cleaning agents.
These standardised mini cylinders are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, that fit in compact spaces, and also withstand frequent cleaning cycles with acidic or alkaline industrial cleaning agents.
This cylinder range is suitable for use in the food industry and is (FDA-compliant in accordance with 21 CFR 177.2600). In addition, the CSL-RD range of mini cylinders offers simple assembly options thanks to hexagonal wrench flats.
Standardised: comply with ISO 6432 – meaning you can also use the cylinders in existing applications without any additional modification.
Short: shortened base by 37%, making it ideal for tight spaces
Hygienic: our clean design variant focuses on hygiene and is ideal for your applications in the food industry. To minimise contamination, it has only two fixing points – the rear male clevis and the piston rod thread. This also applies to the undercut-free scraper that prevents dead spaces on the piston rod.
